Description
I've always liked lions. They are symbols of power and strength. The lion constellation Leo is the zodiac sign for late July and early August. The Lion of Judah is a symbol of the Israelite tribe of Judah. Also, in the bible, the prophet Daniel is thrown to the lions. Also, Sampson kills a lion with this bare hands. The lion is also the symbol of Mark the Evangelist as well as the symbol of the resurrection of Jesus (one of the reasons for the lion Azlan in C.S. Lewis's "Chronicles of Narnia"). Lions also represent kings as well.
